The location by the water was absolutely peaceful, making every morning feel special. I loved the friendly staff and the remodeled lobby-it was so inviting! The outdoor pool was the cherry on top for those sunny days.

The lake view from the room was stunning and great for relaxing. The pool area could use more seating, especially on busy days. This hotel offers turtle food for guests to feed the turtles, which was a fun experience for my kids. Wi-Fi service was inconsistent during my stay.

My experience was fantastic as the hotel is right next to the lake, allowing for beautiful views and easy access to outdoor activities like boat rentals just over a mile away, while also being close to a variety of dining options such as Gilligan's On the Lake and The Rib Cage Barbecue, both just a short stroll of about 500 meters, making it a great base for exploring the area; the breakfast served matched my expectations and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay but the cleaning staff could improve on tidiness in the hallways.

The lake view from the 3rd floor was stunning, especially from the nice balcony. The bar downstairs had fantastic music-Gavin Harper made it unforgettable. The clean facility and comfy beds were highlights, but the lake view from our room was limited. The staff was helpful during check-in, but service afterward was lacking; there was no room cleaning during our four-night stay. Plus, it was inconvenient to deal with a malfunctioning key and no maid service. Small issues aside, the location and amenities were enjoyable, particularly the breakfast with a pancake maker!

Clean, bright lobby. Courteous, attentive staff. Breakfast? Excellent. The convenience of the in-house bar was a lifesaver after long conference days. there were issues. Torn curtains, hot and funky-smelling hallways. Cleaning staff need to elevate their game; open cleaning supply doors and lingering trash marred the experience. Sheets were stained, and floors were dirty. This is a management concern, but the ownership seemed accommodating. They'd likely welcome feedback. Staff offered great local recommendations, enhancing our stay. Still, for the price, cleanliness must be non-negotiable. Improvements are needed, but the positives-scenery, atmosphere, service-make it a contender for a return visit.

The room was clean, but the furniture felt outdated and the corners could use a thorough cleaning. The mattress was worn and not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly; the handheld sprayer didn't work, which was disappointing. Noise from the neighboring dogs made it hard to sleep. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the view from the balcony was stunning. Despite some issues, the friendly staff quickly addressed concerns about toiletries. The beautiful outdoor patio and pool area added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The room we were in, , looked nice and clean overall. I did notice some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. The tub had some black dirt at the bottom, and every time I took a shower, there was only about an inch of water. It was a bit frustrating. the bathroom trash can was full and had not been emptied, which was a bit off-putting. I encountered a big roach in the room, which wasn't pleasant. the beds were comfortable, which was a huge plus for a good night's sleep. The hallway and common areas were kept clean and tidy, which was nice to see. I did have a bit of a strange encounter at check-out though. The lady at the front desk didn't greet me or ask about my stay, which seemed a bit indifferent. I didn't bring up the issues I noticed in the room because I wasn't sure if anything would be done about them anyway. the stay was alright, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. We hit up Oaklawn Racing, cheering on horses like pros, and then had a wild time at Magic Springs, riding roller coasters till we screamed our lungs out! Definitely a vacay to remember!

Enjoyed the lovely Christmas scenery and the hotel's convenient location near many attractions. The friendly desk clerk ensured an early check-in for our grandson's wedding rehearsal dinner, which was a lifesaver.
